Shipping policy

Unless otherwise noted shipping defaults to standard economy shipping at the purchaser expense. In some cases when priorty shipping is more cost effective shipping may be upgraded at no additional fee but this is never a guarentee and is typically an option at check out. Additionally some shipping may be included in some purchases. At no time is shipping included in any refunds or returns. If a return or refund is granted shipping will not be included and will be at the purchasers expense including getting the item back to the the seller. The items must be returned to the seller in good original condition prior to consideration for any reembursement. New shipping fees for replacements may also be required. 

*Please understand that margins are low on products and even one direction shipping can easily eat any profit in the item. Shipping fees are not intended as a punishment or a discouragement in creating a barier for correcting an issue. It is simply the cost of doing business on line with out of town retailers that must be shared. No business owner wants to pay customers to loose money. When possible we will make accomidations.

You are welcome to request a viewing appointment in person at our retail location. Please keep in mind we see customers on a appointment basis only as many of our services require personal one-on-one attention.
